Top up your balance

There are two ways to add funds to your account: with a card or by bank transfer. Both live in the Receive → Top up tab of the app, and in both cases the money is credited to your balance as USDC (a stablecoin equivalent 1:1 to the dollar).

You need your identity verification (KYC) approved to top up. If you haven't done it yet, start with the verification guide.

With a debit or credit card

1. Go to Receive → Top up → Pay with card.
2. Enter the USD amount (minimum $10).
3. Choose the processor based on where your card was issued:
   • Stripe — cards issued in the U.S.
   • MoonPay — cards from the rest of the world.
4. Complete the payment in the processor's secure window. Once confirmed, the balance is credited automatically as USDC.

By bank transfer (virtual accounts)

You can generate bank details in your name to deposit from your bank in your local currency. The app shows the account number, routing number or IBAN depending on the currency, and every deposit is automatically converted to USDC in your balance.

Rail/currency availability is enabled progressively by country. If an option is not yet active on your account, the app will show it as "in progress".

1. Go to Receive → Top up → or transfer from your bank.
2. Pick the currency and click Create account.
3. Copy the details (holder, bank, account/routing/IBAN) and make the transfer from your bank.
4. The balance is credited when the deposit arrives.

Fees

The top-up (on-ramp) fee is the same on every plan: 0.50%. The full schedule is in Fees.
