Top up your balance
You add funds to your account by bank transfer, from the Receive → Top up tab of the app, and the money is credited to your balance as USDC (a stablecoin equivalent 1:1 to the dollar). Card top-ups are not available at the moment.
You need your identity verification (KYC) approved to top up. If you haven't done it yet, start with the verification guide.
By bank transfer (virtual accounts)
You can generate bank details to receive deposits from your bank in your local currency. The app shows the account number, routing number or IBAN depending on the currency, and every deposit is automatically converted to USDC in your balance.

You need an active plan to create a deposit account. If the bank details don't appear after you click Create account, write to [email protected] and we'll look into it.
- Go to Receive → Top up.
- Pick the currency and click Create account.
- Copy the details the app shows you (routing and account number, or IBAN, depending on the currency) and make the transfer from your bank. Next to them you'll see that account's deposit fee.
- The balance is credited when the deposit arrives.
Virtual account details are reusable: save them and use the same account every time you top up from that bank.
Fees
The deposit fee depends on the currency you receive, and is the same on every plan: 1.00% in USD, 1.50% in EUR, GBP or MXN, 1.55% in BRL and 1.75% in COP. It covers what it costs us to receive your money, plus a small margin. The full schedule is in Fees.
