Dual approval (Enterprise)

With Approvals, no payroll payment executes on a single signature: whoever prepares the payment sends it for approval, and a second approver confirms or rejects it (maker-checker scheme).

  • Who prepares: any role with payroll permission (Administrator or Finance).
  • Who decides: only Administrators.
  • Approving a one-time payment executes the batch right away; approving a biweekly/monthly payroll creates the schedule.
  • Each request shows the type, employee count, date and who requested it; resolved ones stay in the history as Approved or Rejected.

Treasury

Financial control tools for your operation:

  • Email alerts (Growth+) — get notified if the balance drops below a threshold or a transaction exceeds an amount you define.
  • Budgets by area (Enterprise) — set spending caps per area and monitor usage ("{spent} of {limit}").
  • Sub-accounts by department (Enterprise) — organize the assigned balance per department.

Budgets and sub-accounts are organizational and accounting-control tools within the panel: they help you structure and monitor spending, without moving funds between real bank accounts.

Top up and withdraw (company account)

From the panel you also fund and withdraw the company account:

  • Top up — with a card (minimum $10) or by generating bank deposit details in USD, EUR, GBP, MXN, BRL or COP (ACH/Wire, SEPA, Faster Payments, SPEI, Pix, Bre-B/PSE rails).
  • Withdraw — to a bank account in USD, EUR, MXN or COP, or to a card with MoonPay. Settles within 1–2 business days.

Top-up and withdrawal permissions belong to the Administrator and Finance roles — see Team and roles.
