Activity and receipts
Everything that comes in and out of your account is recorded in Activity, with its receipt.
Transaction history
In Activity every operation shows as Sent, Received, Withdrawal or Deposit, with its status:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Completed | The operation was processed and settled. |
| Pending / Awaiting funds | Created, waiting for funds or processing. |
| Under review | Being verified ā no action needed from you. |
| Failed / Returned | It was not processed; funds did not leave or were returned. |
| Canceled | The operation was canceled before executing. |
Email receipts
You automatically get an email receipt for every transfer and every withdrawal request, plus the welcome email and your access codes. Choose what you receive in Settings ā Notifications:
- Transactions ā an email when you send or receive funds.
- Verification status ā changes to your identity verification.
- News and updates ā product communications (optional).
Downloadable documents
From the app you can generate:
- Transaction receipt (PDF) ā per individual operation.
- Account statement (PDF) ā a summary of the period.
- Accounting report and transactions CSV ā for your bookkeeping or taxes.
Planning to delete your account? Download your statements and receipts first: after deletion you lose access to the history. See Delete your account.
