Recurring collections
With Recurring collections you generate reusable deposit instructions for your clients: share the bank details once and every payment they make arrives in your account automatically converted to USDC.
Creating a collection
- In Recurring collections, choose the collection currency:
| Currency | Payment rail |
|---|---|
| USD | ACH |
| EUR | SEPA |
| GBP | Faster Payments |
| MXN | SPEI |
| BRL | PIX |
| COP | Bre-B |
Rail/currency availability is enabled progressively by country. If an option is not yet active on your account, the app will show it as "in progress".
- Set a fixed amount (optional) ā leave it empty to accept any amount.
- Share the generated details with your client: account holder, bank, account number/IBAN/routing and ā crucially ā the reference/memo.
The reference (memo) is mandatory: it's what links your client's payment to your collection. Ask them to include it verbatim in every transfer.
Tracking
Under each collection you see the payments received that matched the reference, with date and amount. Every deposit also shows up in the company activity and adds to your reports.
Typical use cases
- Client subscriptions or monthly fees (with a fixed amount).
- Variable service billing (no fixed amount).
- International collections: your client pays in their local currency through their domestic rail (SPEI, PIX, SEPAā¦) and you receive USDC.
