Fees
Full transparency: on transfers from Send and on withdrawals you see the fee before confirming: on transfers, the exact amount; on withdrawals, the percentage.
Fees are the same on all four plans. What changes between plans is the monthly volume limit and the features, not the price per operation.
Receiving money — by source currency

These fees cover what it costs us to receive your money, plus a small margin. Our main margin is on bank withdrawals.
The fee for each deposit account is set when the account is opened, so an account opened before the current fees may have a different percentage. In your personal account you can see it next to the account details, in Receive → Top up.
Sending money

No minimum. The fee is deducted from the amount: if you send 100 USDC, the recipient gets 99.60 USDC. Payroll payments don't show the fee before you confirm: the one in this table applies.

The UK has a defined fee (1.90%) but the payout rail is not enabled yet, so you cannot withdraw to a UK bank today. The balance can be held in dollars or sent to a wallet.
Currency conversion is already included. Only one fee is ever charged per operation: the one in the table.
20 USD minimum amount. It applies only to withdrawals to a bank account: below 20 USD you cannot withdraw to a bank. It is not a minimum fee — above that amount you pay the percentage in the table, with no surcharge. Sending to a wallet has no minimum.

Network fee (gas)
On transfers from your wallet (USDC on the Base network), the network fee you'll see is ~$0.00: we cover gas for you.
Exchange rate
On operations involving currency conversion (for example, a withdrawal to MXN or COP), the exchange rate is applied when the order is processed: it isn't fixed or shown before you confirm. What you do see beforehand is the fee.
Minimums
- Withdrawal to a bank account: 20 USD in amount (not in fee)
- Send to another person or to your own wallet: no minimum
