Send and receive money
With your identity verification (KYC) approved you can send and receive USDC and USDT in seconds, 24/7, with no banking hours.
Send money
- Go to Send.
- Enter the amount and choose the asset (USDC or USDT) and the network: Base (recommended), Ethereum, Polygon or Arbitrum.
- Enter the destination address (
0xā¦format) or pick a saved contact to autofill it. - Review the Confirm transfer screen: you'll see your available balance and the network fee ā ~$0.00, Bridge covers gas.
- Confirm. The transfer usually completes in less than 2 minutes and you can track it in Activity.
After sending to a new address, the app offers to save it as a contact for next time. You'll also get an email receipt for every transfer.
Check the network before sending. Sending to a correct address on the wrong network can mean losing the funds. When in doubt, use Base.
From the mobile app you can also send to another D-ONE CASH user's email address (P2P), no addresses involved.
Receive crypto
- Go to Receive ā Crypto.
- Choose the network (Base, Ethereum, Polygon or Arbitrum).
- Share your address or the QR code with whoever is paying you (Copy address button).
Only send USDC or USDT to this address on the selected network. Wrong network = lost funds.
Request a payment from a contact
If the contact has an email saved, you can ask for money without sharing addresses:
- In Receive ā Crypto, use Request payment from a contact.
- Pick the contact, enter the USDC amount (optional) and a note (optional).
- The contact receives the request by email with your payment details.
Contacts
In Contacts you save frequent recipients with a name, email (optional) and EVM address. Contacts show up as shortcuts when sending and when requesting payments.
